Question 1

What is the delivery time?

Accepted Answer

Because all mats are made completely to measure, the delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks.

Question 2

What are the shipping costs?

Accepted Answer

We offer free shipping on all orders, with the exception of samples.

Question 3

How are the mats shipped?

Accepted Answer

All mats are shipped with DPD. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace code by email.

Question 4

Can I return my mat?

Accepted Answer

Because all mats are made to measure according to your specifications, we don't accept returns. So always double-check the dimensions carefully before you order.

Question 5

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Accepted Answer

Always check your dimensions carefully before you order. Because our products are custom-made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for incorrectly submitted dimensions. If you believe there is a production defect, please contact us at support@studiotapiz.nl .

Question 6

My sample box is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it yet?

Accepted Answer

PostNL often automatically marks mailbox parcels as "delivered" as soon as they leave the sorting center, even though they are still on their way to your address. So it can happen that your parcel only actually lands in your mailbox 1-2 days after the "delivered" notification. Still nothing received after 3 days? Please contact us, and we'll figure it out together and find a solution.
