You can have an entrance mat made completely to measure with us.

• Choose your perfect match
  Select an entrance mat that suits your entryway.
• Measure carefully
  • Use a sturdy tape measure or retractable ruler
  • Measure the width (horizontal) at a minimum of 3 different points: front, middle, and back of the entryway
  • Measure the length (vertical) at a minimum of 3 different points: left, middle, and right
  • Note all measurements to get a clear picture of your entryway
  • Watch out for obstacles such as door posts, skirting boards, or uneven surfaces
  • Take the door's swing radius into account
• Think generously
  • Always use the largest length and width measurement you have taken
  • Walls and recesses are rarely perfectly straight
  • Round up to the nearest whole centimetre (for example: 87.5 cm becomes 88 cm)
  • During printing and cutting we maintain a margin of +/- 1.5 cm
  • Will the mat be placed in a recess? Please indicate this during the ordering process. We will then add 3 cm extra, which you can easily trim when fitting, so your mat always fits perfectly!

When ordering your custom entrance mat, you can choose between a mat with or without a vinyl border. Both options have their own advantages and are suitable for different situations. The location where you plan to place the mat usually determines which option suits you best.

Our golden rule: For placement in a recess, always without a vinyl border; for placement on the floor, you can choose whatever suits your needs.

Without vinyl border - For the perfect fit

The ideal choice for recesses and minimalists

Choosing an entrance mat without a vinyl border means choosing maximum flexibility and a clean finish. This option is perfect for placement in a recess in your floor, where you want the mat to run exactly to the edges of the recess.

Why without a vinyl border?

• Perfect for recesses: The mat runs right to the edge of your floor recess for a seamless transition
• Minimalist design: Provides a clean, modern look with no visible borders
• Easy to trim at home: Can easily be adjusted at home with a Stanley knife for the perfect fit
• Also on the floor: Can also be used on the floor for a subtle, minimalist look

We always recommend this option for placement in a recess. This way you get the finest finish, with the mat fitting perfectly against the edges of your recess.

With vinyl border - For durability and finish

An entrance mat with a vinyl border offers you the ultimate protection and a professional appearance. The sturdy vinyl border around the mat not only provides a neat finish but also protects the edges of your mat against wear and fraying.

Why with a vinyl border?

• Stable positioning: The border ensures your mat stays firmly in place

Please note: Mats with a vinyl border are less suitable for placement in recesses, as you will not achieve the desired seamless connection between the mat and the edges of the recess.
